Stock Split History

  • On June 14, 2013, Canadian Utilities effected a two-for-one stock split.
  • On August 29, 2005, Canadian Utilities effected a two-for-one stock split. Dividends have been adjusted to reflect this split.
  • On September 10, 1982, each CU common share was exchanged for one CU Class A stock and one CU Class B share.
